Wow, that's pretty awesome. A lot of the stuff is pretty basic, but it flows together so well, it looks great :O

Pretty nice vid,
You can see straight away he's being training well - lots of repetitions of the basics.
I want his spots. Some of them are amazing.

this is the closest to any ruin I have near me; It's an old mansion in a nearby country park. Pretty cool to hang around in, and a few cool opportunities for climbing and gaps, but nothing as cool as that.
EDIT: sorry for such a big pic, It was all I can find and my photoshop's being temperamental.
EDIT by Danno: Added as an attachment. This ensures it doesn't totally distort the template

Alec you LIAR!!!
You said you didn't have any good spots.
I think you will come to love that spot, it looks like it's got quite a lot of potential.
Also me and David were talking the other day about coming through and visiting you. We thought we could show you some things that could be done at your spots.
You up for a squad of us coming through and training with you?

I suppose you guys could come through to my patch and have a looksee. That mansion's at aden park, a fairly sized country park filled with Trees, some good walls and that mansion. A favourite of mine is to run through the forests at full pelt, avoiding trees and stuff, the grounds pretty even as well, apart from the odd ditch which is more of an adrenaline raiser than a danger. Maybe it would even make a good camping spot, to do this easter hols or something? 原帖地å€: Aberdeen Parkour [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]

Maybe continue this with PM's or in a new thread?
