It was great fun

Definitely going again next time.
We did some crazy warmups for half an hour (can't remember most of them now - the fact we'd had about 4 hours sleep the night before probably didn't help!) then they asked us to line up on the wall according to our level of ability and we were split into groups. I really had no idea how good I'd be relative to everyone else, plus I didn't know how my knees were going to hold up, so I put myself about a third of the way along the wall. Probably should have gone more like halfway because my group was pretty cakes..!
We then spent the day in our groups moving between the various sections they'd laid out, doing little conditioning exercises to keep warm while we waited for our turn on the good stuff

There were sections designed for practicing loads of different types of movement: balancing, underbars, vaults, jumping rolls, cats, precisions, standing jumps and cranes, etc.
Freakiest thing I did on the day was a palm spin at maybe a 60 degree angle. I haven't even tried them properly on a horizontal slope yet - it was so embarrassing trying to get myself to just go for it, because I was holding everyone else up.. I managed to just go for it eventually but we moved onto something else before I could practice some more :[ I'm not too fussed about palm spins yet because they're more Freerunning than Parkour, but it's nice to get your body used to different ways of moving anyway.
At the end of the day we got let loose to do whatever we wanted for an hour

Then a very comprehensive cooldown and that was us done for the day.
