Hey dudes,

My name is Rory, I started training at the same time as Scott about 4 years ago now. The last year has been fairly dodgy for me not only because the amount i have been training was severely reduced but also because of other aspects in my life.

Im looking forward to getting started properly again though and training with all the old crew and hopefully adding new additions to it. Although parkour is best practiced in a non-competitive manner one of the best places to find inspiration is in other traceurs.
