Well as far as clothes, you just want stuff that is flexible so it doesn't restrict your movement, like joggers and a t-shirt. Also make sure the stuff isn't too baggy in case it catches on something, so it's slightly better to get joggers with elastic around the ankles (but I haven't seen any of those in the shops I've been to so far).

I've bought both Waterpros and Feiyues (as well as some other cheap shoes to try out like ones from Primark). I find the Feiyues really grippy even in the wet for doing normal jumps (though my climbups still suck lol, so it's my technique rather than my shoes that are the problem there), and they were really cheap. They don't do much shock absorbing so they're good for learning to land correctly instead of relying on your shoes to take impacts. Haven't had a chance to try out my Waterpros yet - think I'll leave them until I can do climbups otherwise they'll just get wrecked really quickly
