hi ive never really done any parkour or free running but ive been interested in it for a while and i would really like to get into it

Usually we meet on top of the St Nicholas Centre every Saturday from around 12-1 o'clock, and then head off around Aberdeen finding spots to train - look in the Aberdeen Parkour section of the forum to find out meeting times

I'm 16 as well
We're usually starting off at st nicks as Ali said, but occasionally we go somewhere a bit different. check the forum regularly for news
