Hey Jamie, it's great to see so many people getting involved
I reccommend you come out and meet us this saturday at the next weekly [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]
In the meantime, I'd start doing a bit of practising precision jumps (a two foot standing jump onto something, usually a rail, or a ledge. Try to see if you can land right on your marker and not fall or step forward) with whatever, slowly increasing in distance.
Also have a go at a few vaults!

Hey Jamie. Welcome to the forums.

I'm guessing that living in Portknockie might make it a little hard for you to get to aberdeen to train with us? I have relatives up in that area so maybe we could meet up when i go visiting (which isn't very often now i think about it)

Don't worry though you can still train on your own. If you have any questions about getting started then ask away. Just remember to start small, parkour is an activity that requires alot of strength to be proficient at so you should also think about getting a strength and conditioning plan worked out. If you need any help with this then again don't hesitate to ask.
