Hey,

I'm Aidan, not really experienced in parkour, did a bit of gymnastics when i was younger but that was a while back now.
Still, looking forward to getting involved and learning some new things =),
just need to know how to get started now?

Aidan

As Alice says, we meet pretty much every saturday ontop of st nicks shopping centre. I'm heading out in just a minute. Weather looks nice, so it should be as great turnout.

There are loads of old & new practitioners about that can help you get started & coming along to one of the bigger jams is deffinatly the best way to get stuck in. Just remeber not to feel intimidated or shy about training around the public or people who may be more experienced. We are all very friendly and love helping out new guys/girls so dontt worry about that either.
The #1 thing is to have fun & keep it safe! There is no point training if you can't have a laugh

Hopefully see you out later.

Welcome Aiden.

Like Danno says the best way to start is to get out and do some training.

Don't be worried about asking if you have questions there are a few new people that joined the forums recently so they may be wanting to know the same things. We are all happy to help you on your way!

Hopefully train with you soon.
