Hey Alice,

Glad you decided to register

Sack of potatoes, pfft. Don't worry you will be fine. As I said in the email you will progress really fast.

As steven said it will most likely be saturday. Someone will no doubts make a post in a few days asking who is going out. As long as at least 1 person replies its a safe bet that there will be several people there. Most times we see some people are going and the rest of us will just turn up.

hey thanks guys, this is cool.
i had been interested in freerunning for a while, so this being kinda connected (i think??) i thought i'd tried it out.

just a silly question, what kind of gear do you use? is there something more indicated? trainers? cheers

haha shoes that have a decent amount of grip and fit well, and anything other than jeans :P thats really all you'd need :P
