Default What shoes do you train in...

Hi i want to know what shoes you train in and how they perform.

My shoes are the classic slip ons by vans.

They are probable the best shoes i have ever trained in.
They are very comfortable.
They have excellent flexiblity and grip.
They are also very close to your feet so it feels like you are training barefoot.

So can you post a picture and give a little review of your training shoes.

Thanks bye...

I wont post mine, entire thread up about them.

Hows the durability on them?

And seems a bit flat to mirror the foots natural shape, although i guess its flexible.

They dont look like much but they are good. The durability is ok, but it makes up with its grip and flexibility. I think they are a casual shoe to train in, because i dont like running shoes.

I don't even think my shoes have a brand, although they are good running shoes!

Ahh I see, got your own sweatshop? :P

As David said we both use the Water Pro Maipo by Merrell and I'll stand by them until another shoe good enough to rival them emerges!

Why do most people train in running shoes. I previously trained in running shoes and felt like i had no grip, but they were very comfortable.

Also i think flat shoes are better for ballance.

Thumbs up My training shoes

My first training shoes was the adidas adicolors.

Comfortable, Flat based. which i need for balance, grip is amazing for any surface. and stylish.

I've tried running shoe's and was a waste of money. but that's just me of course.

and now train in classic slip on vans which i introduced to steven and we both train in them now and would recommend them to anyone.
