Hey guys.

I reckon i'm pretty much back training again. Went out the other day and was doing the things I used to be able to do pretty easily. I do understand the need to take it slow but I will probably be out to the saturday [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]

Anyway I just thought I would let you all know how I was recovering from that shit. I haven't been active on these forums recently because thinking or speaking about parkour when I couldn't train was a bitch.

I kinda know how you feel - the patellar tendon in my left knee is having issues and I'm trying hard to give it a rest until the Glasgow trip >.<

Ali massage it like your trying to make post op transsexual cum, Id recommend some lube such as tiger balm, or my favourite wood-lock.Give it interchanging compression with hot/cold packs or even better bath/shower if your hardcore. plus try and lightly stretch it and the muscles around it.

I been doing stretches and light muscle work/massage, but I haven't quite tried the "hardcore transexual aromatherapy enhanced masturbation with alternating thermic and entropic immersion technique". I'll give it a go, thanks!

Post op transexuals? what are you oing in your weekends man
I reccomend 2 showers, one hot one cold. cold showers are horrible, but it helps calm down the muscles after an achey day training

You can get it from just about any Chinese massage/herb shop. I got a bottle in the Aberdeen market from the massage parlour there, watch yourself I didn't have a good experience with the shop keepers, extremely weird assistant. I suggest using it though just for how efficient it seems. Its in liquid for with a narrow dropper, you only need 2-3 drops to effectively cover the front of your thigh (as an example). Now some people may now I got a bit carried away with it (lathering myself up before training and after training

Even then Iv never finished a bottle, either the lid's been broken (travelling) or Iv lost it. I will warn you though, it does lose allot of its dark colour if you leave it in your room. I can only imagine it loses some of its strength too.

I think I got a bottle for 15-20 quid, but I would suggest ordering online if you can.

Now that I think about it, you might have let me try some in trace.

Next time we out training i'll pinch a little and see how it works for me if you don't mind. I don't want to spend 20quid if it doesn't work to well for me.

I'm trying tiger balm first.. just got my first little tub. I put on some and was like "this isn't doing anything!" then put on more.. then realised it just takes a while to kick in lol.. I wonder how intense it's going to get :P Feels nice though
