Default Balance Drills

I was telling Darren about this to day and thought it might be useful to other people.

It's a indepth look at balance skills on the tightrope and slackline. This is easily transferable to rail work.

You want to read the 'Teaching Manual for Tight Wire and Slack Rope' it's down the page a little in the 'FAQ and tutorials' section. There's 4 parts to it. It is seriously indepth but you will learn a lot if you read through it.

Enjoy, if your not wanting to read through it, you might want to start at part 2 - basic balancing tech, covers running on wire. Or part 3 - covers turns, lunges, jumps, sitting on wire.
