So I thought I would make a post giving the links to resources that have helped me develop my strength and conditioning over the years.
I've had to sift through a lot of rubbish during that time. Hopefully this post will save you from doing that.
Firstly the site I would recommend everyone read is:

I think everyone should buy at least one of his books - They are cheap, and easily the thing that most affected my training.
Now his work is directed at fighters, however like fighting, Parkour is a multi faeceted discipline. Ross covers training for such disciplines in his books. If your not wanting to get his books you still need to check out his site. He talks about training with a wide range of tools - Bodyweight, Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbells, sandbags ect.. - to achieve a good mix of strength and conditioning

He has lots of free articles - these are very useful and you should read them. Also be sure to check out his very welcoming forum. He is a regular poster on there and will answer any questions you have. I learn something new every week on there. This is a site I have frequented since I found it.
The next site I would recomend you read is:

This site is filled with tutorials for some very advanced body weight moves.
Anyone who's just using bodyweight training should pick a few of these to work towards. He covers skills such as : Pistols, Muscle-ups,One arm chin up,and Handstands.
On that note :handbalancing. This is a old scanned book that has long since lost any copyright claims on it. However this is THE guide when it comes to all things handbalancing.

This book deals with technique, strength work, and progressions - from very basic to very advanced.
Now shifting focus to weights.
Probably the most cited lifting book on the net :

This is worth a purchase if your going to start lifting.
The program hits the basic compound lifts hard to get you strong as an ox.
This is a TEXTBOOK on the main compound exercises. There is a active forum, however it's very technical.
If your wanting to start lifting but think the above looks to complex -or expensive - then you should check out :

This is a nice program for someone just starting lifting, its a variation of the above program but this website has lots of nice form tutorials, as well as having a very newbie friendly forum.
This is the program I'm using as the base of my lifting program., If your going to do this program take out the crunch and prone bridge as they are pretty pointless.
If you decide you want to get into weights and are looking for some standards to aim for:

This will use your BW to generate the standards you should be aiming for in KG. Very useful.
The above is the bread and butter of my fitness knowledge. Theres lots of tidbits here and there but the above covers all the bases very well.
If anyone is looking for information on specific topics don't hesitate to ask. I've probably got something bookmarked
Enjoy
