Default Condition, Condition, Condition

Hi,

Just a proposition, but perhaps alongside meeting to train practically every week we should also meet on another day/night to work on all of our strength collectively.

I know from conditioning with scott and the other guys it is alot easier to really push yourself when there is more people to inspire you to try as hard as you can.

Maybe if another day is too much for some we should implement an hour or so of conditioning into the day we train technically?

Let me know what you guys think.

Cheers
Rory

Well I know that I personally won't be up for travelling specifically to do a conditioning [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register] rory? Those were sore but good times. A brief summary of the main points for those who don't want to read it
  • Cold night
  • 2-3hours long
  • Lots of pushups, squats, pullups, QM, jogging
  • Anything else thats hard
  • Benefits - Increased strength endurance, Crazy mental strength, Connected with guys you training with.

Regardless of if that happens or not , I fully support spending the last hour or so of our weekly meet working strength and conditioning as thats one of the things that takes longest to develop, but in my opinion has the most useful carryover to real life. I've got some wonderful ideas for workouts flowing in my brain

O and rory - post a introduction so that curious new people who enjoy your witty remarks can find out a lil about you.

Yes that was exactly what i was speaking about Scott. Brutal stuff. (Intro posted)

Well i would be more than happy to meet on an alternate day aswell to condition as a group but it depends on numbers.

We can discuss it when we are out this weekend.

Peace

Cool

Hey I would be up for that.
I was thinking about training climb-ups.
Mabey we could meet up sometime, I know a good spot to work on them.

I was thinking about this saturday before or after the KTS parkour event.

I am going to try and condition every night, inside and outside.

Please get back to me.

Group conditioning is sweet.
