| | Big News! Weds 25th
As part of chris grants work he's about to take part in for National Theatre of Scotland he's running a free workshop at transition extreme on wednesday at 6 30.
This is a huge opportunity and a strong turnout from our community will go a long way in terms of how we
1) represent ourselfs as a community.
2) Supporting a fellow traceur in his line of work
3) Great fun
4) Valuable insight for people who are thinking about coaching.
And finally 5) strong attendences at events like these will help as evidence when applying for funding through the council.
I urge you all to come, take new people, experienced people, any people. Lets really support this everyone. Spread the word.

Hey, it sounds pretty sweet, I will defiantly be there. I guess everyone knows where Transition is so Il just see you down there. Like David said in his power-point presentation style, a good turnout for this can only help.

Yeah, think I'll skip training tomorrow night and go along to this instead. Means I'll have to see Scott Pilgrim at lunchtime but that should be fine if I work extra during the rest of the week xD

Do you know anything else about this?
Mainly how long it's going to be?
The strength in my right knee is coming back but it gets tired pretty fast and I really don't want to injure it again.

I'll give rory a call tonight and see what hes up to.

| | no worries Scott.
I'm going out for some light training tonight to see how my toe is doing. It doesn't feel so tender to the touch today, so it will hopefully be good for tomorrow unless I manage to burst it again tonight
