I thought the class was great. I think we'd all see massive improvements if we did more work on our warmups and conditioning, and I really enjoyed the "follow the leader" type stuff we were doing. I hope we can work more of this stuff into our group sessions up here - I know it's pretty hard going but you feel so good afterwards and you know it's really going to help with your training.
I'd really like to try some full speed follow the leader type stuff soon - I think it'll help us work on flow from one obstacle to the other, not to mention our fitness levels
It was kinda weird to see guys who were just beginning doing even more than I wanted to attempt myself (ie jump from beside the little boats instead of jumping from on top), but I remembered how in my first week I was a bit more fearless too. Since then I've decided that I need to really perfect my jumping and landing technique on small jumps before I start doing bigger stuff, and I still have some way to go. There's a running gap (well running for me, I don't think I can precision it yet) at
St Nicks that I did a couple of times in my first week that I've not even felt I should try since then o_0
