Just to say a big thanks to everyone for coming along and co-operating so much.

I was extremely excited about the new faces that came along, hopefully this was a nice introduction for them.

Again guys thanks for co-operating when we needed it (moving on when we needed space) Believe me its not me trying to be some bossy hard ass, it's all just to keep the class easier and the students less distracted.

MON HERE BELVEDERE.

With a soft outer shell.

What is everyone's input from session then? what you think of the warm up, conditioning and technique training?

Remember constructive criticism please.

I thought the class was great. I think we'd all see massive improvements if we did more work on our warmups and conditioning, and I really enjoyed the "follow the leader" type stuff we were doing. I hope we can work more of this stuff into our group sessions up here - I know it's pretty hard going but you feel so good afterwards and you know it's really going to help with your training.

I'd really like to try some full speed follow the leader type stuff soon - I think it'll help us work on flow from one obstacle to the other, not to mention our fitness levels

It was kinda weird to see guys who were just beginning doing even more than I wanted to attempt myself (ie jump from beside the little boats instead of jumping from on top), but I remembered how in my first week I was a bit more fearless too. Since then I've decided that I need to really perfect my jumping and landing technique on small jumps before I start doing bigger stuff, and I still have some way to go. There's a running gap (well running for me, I don't think I can precision it yet) at St Nicks that I did a couple of times in my first week that I've not even felt I should try since then o_0

The classes were great, the warmup/conditioning stuff was brilliant, mind numbingly hard at first but brilliant nonetheless (I kept finding glass in the sand on my hands when doing the v position/pushups) I can't wait for the next one in the second week in september, sounds like the guys have got real big secretive plans instore for us

I wish the times could've been sorted a bit better though. I got home ridiulously late, I just managed to catch the last bus home xD

Danno and myself helped out for the first class for spotting, and was primarily there for encouragement for the second. It was only because Chris was the only coach up and to teach 15 guys by himself simply would be incredibly difficult and slow.
