Ive been going back to the basics the last couple of days n my injury seems to have improved since three weeks ago so im keen to train this sat if anyone is interested?

Hey guys just a little post to say/ask if training will be on this sat and if it is ill be there.
Was rather hungover last sat with 1 1/2hours sleep before 4hours coaching haha.

Hope a lotta folk are up for sat. St.Nicks at 2 again?

Glad you've healed. I think there will be folk going out but I would wait till they confirm that.
I'm not going to be there, gonna spend the weekend with Fiona.

Kiff, you shoulda came out, was a really fun sesh. All being well with uni i'll be out a week on sat.

Hopefully Danno will merge you and Kiff's thread as your both wanting training on sat.

il hopefully be out this saturday it will be my first proper sesh in town for a while so really looking forward to it. ben you should take it easy by the way because you dont want to hurt it anymore.

it seems to hav improved the last couple of days and ive been trainin some days this week and its been alright, so i shud be able to train properly tommorow but as elliot says it is probs best if i take it easy.
