| | Training on Tuesday 10th / Thursday 12th
My knee is feeling great even after all the craziness at Roots of Movement on Saturday, so I reckon I can start doing Parkour during the week again (previously was just going to the gym and doing some rehab work on my knee). 原帖地å€: Aberdeen Parkour [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]
Probably will be out from around 6-9 PM tomorrow, and likely Thursday. My number is -edited*- if anyone else wants to train So lookin forward to being able to train properly again rather than being stuck in the gym! Think I'm gonna focus more on conditioning during the week (climbups, crawling, many reps of small-ish jumps focusing on good technique, etc), and then Saturdays are play time
*Please PM for phone number.

Aye well I have work during the day and I dunno if it's worth quitting to do Parkour full time just yet xD Starting to feel like I'd rather do something more active than sit at a desk all day, but I haven't figured out what!
I won't be out this Saturday cuz I'm off to a stag do, so I'm gonna make the most of my training during the week

I may just be out on the thursday, but I'm not sure, we'll have to see. As the shetanders'll be here on the sunday I'll be out then instead of saturday. which means I could make thursday but I'll have to see. Got your number now ali, if you get any incoherent ramblings from a strange number in the next few days its probably me :')

Ali I usually have a difficulty with getting into town, and its fairly irregular dates right now. Iam more than happy to meet you in Stonehaven if you can make it through, it would be a big help to myself because I haven't really ventured around the town much yet.

Sure that sounds fun Flan, whereabouts would be best to meet? A Google Maps link or something would be great cuz I don't know Stonehaven very well and I'll be driving out.
I think it will prob be around 6:30 by the time I'm out there - depends how quick I can get something to eat after work

I'm thinking I'll just take Thursday off work actually - would be nice to get a full day of training in since I will be away this weekend
Alec if you were in on Thursday I could easily give you a lift out to Stonehaven, though I only have one passenger seat so if a few people are training it would make more sense to stay in Aberdeen.
