D'oh! Yeah I felt that training 2 days in a row was a bad idea (especially since you didn't train over the weekend); I should have just said no!
Remember to stretch out your muscles ("warm down") after training to help keep them flexible (and it's good to do that even on days when you're not training too), which helps to stop them getting injured. This article on Parkour generations is really good for warmups too:
