I reckon i'm pretty much back training again. Went out the other day and was doing the things I used to be able to do pretty easily. I do understand the need to take it slow but I will probably be out to the saturday

Anyway I just thought I would let you all know how I was recovering from that shit. I haven't been active on these forums recently because thinking or speaking about parkour when I couldn't train was a bitch.
