Even if it feels better then it might be good to rest up.. I got a couple of twinges that went away after a couple of days rest, but then it came back slightly worse last week so I'm just gonna take things easy until the Glasgow workshop - just doing bodyweight squats and knee strengthening exercises and trying to get plenty of vitamins/minerals in the meantime..
