Default Root Of Movement Saturday 7th August

Scotlands First National Parkour event is a chance for traceurs old and new to come together to share a day of challenging training for any level of practitioner. The event will be hosted by some of the UKs top Parkour Coaches from Glasgow Parkour Coaching, Coatbridge Parkour and Blane and Yao from Parkour Generations.

The day will feature a group warm up and then separate workshops in small groups of no more than 15 working round a number of stations.
This will ensure that every student gets attention and will get use of all of the equipment. Training will be indoors using gymnastics equipment, scaffolding and purpose built obstacles.

A commemorative t-shirt for the event is also included in your ticket price.
Buy your ticket before Friday 16th July and you will get to chose the color and size of your shirt.

Right, I'm going without a doubt. It's gonna be fantastic. Anyone from Aberdeen goin? I'm gonna go up on the friday and stay until sunday in my flat. Anyone is welcome to crash at mine except darren clark because of his obesity.
