As part of chris grants work he's about to take part in for National Theatre of Scotland he's running a free workshop at transition extreme on wednesday at 6 30.
This is a huge opportunity and a strong turnout from our community will go a long way in terms of how we
1) represent ourselfs as a community.
2) Supporting a fellow traceur in his line of work
3) Great fun
4) Valuable insight for people who are thinking about coaching.
And finally 5) strong attendences at events like these will help as evidence when applying for funding through the council.
I urge you all to come, take new people, experienced people, any people. Lets really support this everyone. Spread the word.

The day will feature a group warm up and then separate workshops in small groups of no more than 15 working round a number of stations.

Hey guys, just to let you know I will be polishing up everything over the weekend as much as I can. I have very little time at the moment, working 2 jobs + trying to maintain some degree of social life :P
Anyway thanks for the support and as always any sugestions .etc are always welcome, so fire on!
Oh and if anyone wants to write an article or anything, or submit a piece to add to the 'what is parkour?' section I'm going to finish writing, then I'd like some input on that too!
Also, thanks to everyone who's helping out with this, it's still kinda in the early stages. Thanks for your patients guys!
